NRT share value at closing today .104

Good to see FDR shares up 4 cents to .94 today.
A NRT share, if converted to FDR shares at today's close, rose to the $0.10444 value. The NRT share closing at 0.085 is trading below future conversion value with room to appreciate. The gab will get closer as less shares get offered for sale!

Oooops, fudged the numbers - should read: FDR closed at .96  NRT value rise to .10666 Sorry, it got late last night. excuses, excuses

I think once they confirm everything by early October(which they stated), NRT should be around .10 or .11, that's the only reason why we havn't seen a confident movement upwards, it's still just in the window shopping stage.....I'm really excited, because FDR has first company momentum, which should only continue after this acquisition......most people aren't aware that ...more
