Security
Who is supplying the Refinery's security? If so ,do they live in the community?

Last time I was there, there was no security. The csk mill in Cobalt has 24/7 security. But as far as I know security at the refinery halted before Christmas. A friend of mine owns the property next to the mill and he's given me permission to use his land whenever I want. So I can certainly get some better pictures than what's out there. If they do have security most likely local.
