RE:RE:BNK to add up to 55 million new sharesTypical BKXnews release....total surprise and not really what I like to see.That puts us well over 200million shares outstanding.You're right broker ..it is a cash grab for management.11 million$ is peanuts by itself so they will use this and their credit.After all only they as insiders can buy at this price?.
To me ,Icant find any positive in this.The only winners are the new investors who can buy at todays price....or the rest of us that have to dollar down.
Tough choice indeed.
