I have written this to Barabara Fox from BNK:

Hi Barbara,

I had been very disappointed at this offering at 20 cents. First I think we could have started some drilling and then done the offering getting a better price.

secondly, this offering dilutes us (current investors) without giving them chance to participate at this price. this should have been rights offering giving us first option to invest then somebody else. can you please ask to escalate this to management asap?

her email is bfox@bnkpetroleum.com. Last time I wrote to investor relations, she replied late
citing IT issues in getting mail to her. so this time I had her addess and sent this
directly.
