There are only two institutions with these many shares: Harrington and Capital. 

My guess is that Capital is selling. If that is so, they have another 8 million to go before they are out.
Everyone seems to think that its ok for institutions to sell, someone is buying, but the point I am making is they are not buying at higher prices. They are waiting for each price drop. If this were positive buying you would see the price increase with this type of volume. All that is happening now is we are changing hands at an ever lower price. How is that good for us?
