As the market maker, they are probably selling off those 2 million shares. The other possibility is our last substantial institutional investor[ Harrington] is selling. That would be dramatic since they own 17.5% of company. They would have to disclose this selling as well, if it were them.
No other institution owns any substantial amount of shares.
Another possibility is a potential buyer is driving down the price in order for us poor shareholders to accept a lower buyout. This would make some sense, since they could offer a double from current price, which would sound great, however, that is only .48 cents a share. An absolute theft and B.S. sale price.
They are doing a great job at systematically driving down the price without creating a panic. Take a look at the chart. Just a masterful job in slowly selling your position without creating a panic situation.
