Situational analysis

-Trading pattern has been unusual...with million unit blocks moving.-there seems to be buyers for large blocks..-good....or we go to 10 cents!
-Sell side seemed to be drying up although they hypothesis failed yesterday...as sell side filled but side.
-company has significant land mass near Exon large land mass with high focus.
-chatter about Exon looking for tuck ins for growth vs large acquisitions.
- third hand heard company now in blackout period for some reason —although as we all know that can be good or bad..

I’m naturally optimistic so I will lean to the positive....and hope/expect we have some action happening soon behind the scenes.

time will tell and of course do your own diligence...!!

Sell side is filling out again today.  Not good. The black out period could be because of upcoming earnings release. Exxon has been rumored to take over BNK for the past 10 years. No insider from any company can trade in relation to upcoming news..be it financial or otherwise. Its deemed unethical should an ...more

Just watched a TV show about US fracking..it seems that despite all the brou hou about the US shale ..theres uncertainty in many of their wells. For example, some companys are discovering that new fracked wells are actually "stealing" output from other existing wells. This leads to confusion as there is no solution...one well gains at the other ones loss. Its caused by the proliferation of ...more

Hello Himmler it is possible as the Brock well is lateral to the Anderson well. The other issue is that XTO is drilliing the Anderson well and BNK the Brock well. BNK has completed Brock and the main issue is XTO and flow back.  Not sure how this is resolved but you are right that we are not over drilled in our area. Plenty of room to drill. NEED MONEY first.

History time. Last year at this time, Oil was trading in the $60-65 range, and our little gem was trading between .52-.58 cents. Today, Oil is over $60.00 and we are trading at 52 week lows or .25 cents. What happened? 1] They could not develop field. Remember WLC-1H. That wel that cost us $5-7 million  only produces 290 boepd. Terrible. 2] Brock and Anderson wells drilled in the fall of ...more
