Stock price
I think I need someone a lot more intelligent than I am to explain this to me:
Last year at this time, BNK stock price was hitting a 52 week high of .69 cents. Oil at that time was hovering around $65-70 a barrel.
Since that time BNK has increased its proved and provable reserves, is currently profitable, and has increased its daily production to approx 1600 boepd. They have announced a strategic review, with the possibility of a sale, have partnered with XTO[ Exxon affiliate], and have brought along the Brock well. They have not issued any shares or increased mgt options.
Yet, our share price is hitting 52 week lows of .25 cents.
What I am missing? Is it their debt capacity? Is it the delay in announcinng the Anderson well results? What does everyone think?
I have no idea.

Thanks rajm. Quick question: What do you mean by new buyer? Why end of July/August?
