RE: Bannerman''''s license still in danger??

RE: Bannerman''''s license still in danger??"They" are not taking Bannerman to court who are not even mentioned. "They" are taking the Nambian government to court because "they" have already been turned down by the ministry of mines, and this is a last ditch effort by a small struggling company with no money to try to get something for nothing. However Bannerman is so far advanced with their project that they are going to start their BFS during the second quarter, and there is no chance in He** that the government we even look at this crazy lawsuit, and stop a project already ready to hire many local people in a country with so much poverty. Yea right, in this small country Nambia with just over a million plus people, where everyone knows everyone else, and where the minstery of mines have already turned them down that they will succeed in court, funny. You are just wasting your opportunity not buying BAN because of this, IMHO. Your choice.
