RE:RE:Vote against the recap transactionWhat are the requirements for a Class Action Lawsuit? Has management acted in good faith to create value for its shareholders? Has it taken steps to reduce debt in times of low commodity prices? Has it sold tangible assets to maintain positive cash flow prior to this proposal?

What constitutes a misrepresentation of the true status is the company? The June company presentation indicated that the current company operations were sustainable under current oil and gas prices.
