The warrants were only lowered to $.60 for 2 days, and like an idiot I chose not to exercise. Now my first warrant has expired unexercised. Oh well, you win some & lose some. I really thought they would extend the expiration date of the warrants, but they didn't. I guess they think they can raise money at some price higher than a buck later on. All of the info about the temporary lowering of the warrant exercise price was disclosed by the company in the SEC filings. You guys need to learn how to get stuff off of Edgar if you want to play this game. If not I know some great mutual funds you may want to check out.
