Halliburton and Transocean's Fault

Halliburton and Transocean's FaultHalliburton cemented in and Transocean provided the rig. Obama will have it that BP are to blame as they've lots of dollars to pay up and there base is in the UK. The fault however lies with Halliburton and Transocean, they did the job and they messed up. If you mess up you pay up. Don't let Obama pass the blame and bill only to BP!
