RE: KEEP GOING DOWNA large chunk of BP is owned by Americans who are also due to receive dividends - Obama would love to take them away from you and the taxes due away from America. If more oil doesn't come from the Gulf then it will have to come from Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries. Some hate oil but still seem to motor around in cars, heat their homes etc., Few seem to favor living in the dark in a wooden shed growing all their own food.
