Thanks to several recent press releases, the news of Matt Ball and other execs being up on charges is buried several posts deep.  To get the skinny, look for news release dated May 31, 2013

Obviously, some people like this style of business... they reinstated the entire BOD, despite the inherent criminality.
The hearing is slated for January, 2014. Perhaps all will be forgotten by then....
