RE:RE:RE:Seeking ALPHA

RE:RE:RE:Seeking ALPHAI agree they are absolutely shareholder friendly but its not because they are just nice people....being shareholder friendly builds trust and their ability to raise capital in every kind of market......as I said in earlier posts, your only real risk IMO in buying lots of stock here is that it gets cheaper and BAM continues to buy it in at lower and lower prices and then makes a bid to privatize at a "shareholder friendly" premium, albeit lower than our ACB.   :)

I am carefully buying along side BAM all the way down if need be.  That way I at least make an okay return along with the dividend.  I am coming to believe that BAM structured the GGP transaction in a way to create this fork in the road....that is, let the open market decide if it wants BPY public or private.

However, the big upside is if BPY gets their balance sheet fixed quickly and then we make great returns.  I am definitely counting on this.  BAM is not only shareholder friendly, they do the right thing for the company in the end.  But sometimes the market gives them no option but to steal the company....and at these prices BAM can get it done quickly.
