You clearly have your own goals in mind and good on you.

I am just throwing stuff out there and this Financial Times article very much resonated with me.  And there were lots of nuances in that article that throw my BPY investment thesis on its head.

Going back to my very first posts in 2018, my main concern in owning BPY, is BAM privatizes BPY at a price well below NAV or even at a distressed level, us little guys get swallowed up into BAM at its NAV and then we get stuck collecting a very low yield on BAM stock along with the promise, of course, that BAM will grow its NAV.
