Any hope?

I'm a new investor. Stupid me.I bought this back when it was ~20. At the time, it felt ok beacuse it has been around for 4-5 years. Why did it drop to 2$ and is there any hope of it reaching 10$? 

Also I heard this fund is going to close? What is going to happen to my shares?

The net assets of the fund will be distributed to unit holders after de-listing on June 6 and termination on June 11. I think you can request redemption earlier, or just sell into the market. Details are on the Horizons website. I recieved a letter from my broker with an enclosed letter from Horizons. The NAV has been tracking the unit trading price very closely (within a 1/2 percent). Any chance that the lawsuit will help get our money back? It seems like this etf was pumped and then dumped like they did in the wolf of wallstreet. I should have known... i was sooooooo stupid....
