Any hope?

Any hope?I'm a new investor. Stupid me.I bought this back when it was ~20. At the time, it felt ok beacuse it has been around for 4-5 years. Why did it drop to 2$ and is there any hope of it reaching 10$? 

Also I heard this fund is going to close? What is going to happen to my shares?
