Sorry the link may not work. Go to Toronto.citynews.ca. Ford says vaccine will not be mandatory but travel and access to public places may be restricted. No need to test if everyone is vaccinated.

I guess since Health Canada has approved the Pfizer vaccine there won't be much need for Primo's rapid test. Like I said, they keep missing the boat. Bye bye money.
