Based on Joel's comment in ceo.ca, Marianna Natural will close private placements in about 2 weeks from now. Also it seems like Marianna will use CSE stock symbol as MRNN. it means they will be traded once they are done PP, so I expect it will happen within month or 2 months. PRIMO shateholder will receive some of Marianna shares based on agreement. It is very good benefit to hold PRIMO's share. In addition, PRIMO can also sell Beauty Kitchen's product with PRIMO's own label once we get NPN numbers from Canada Health Service. I think this is the best things for PRIMO. Marianna also can get benefit from PRIMO because PRIMO have their own hemp farms on 2 locations. When they make CBD product, they can use PRIMO's own premium organic hemp with lower cost. I can see much more good things happen with PRIMO and Marianna Natural in near future and it will bring very good valuation of our investment. I am not sure PRIMO will break annual high share price in one or two months, but I am very confident this will happen in 6 months or within year. Good luck every one.
