VitaCell distribute Marianna Naturals productsBased on Joel's email what i posted below post, when Marianna makes deal with a company to sell Marianna product, Primo will get 25% of revenues from the deal.
From the news release of Marianna Natural Corp on June 8, Marianna entered Asia market with VitaCell company.
VitaCell will start distributing Marianna Naturals products within the first week of July showcasing the brand to their over 6000 repeat online customers as well as through the channels listed above. The markets and population in China are massive with over 1.5 billion consumers with the Asia-Pacific beauty and cosmetics market expected to garner over $125B by end of 2020. Asia-Pacific has the worlds largest personal care market contributing to almost 40% of the global market.
I think this will bring a great opportunity and value of Marianna. Also, it will be vreat for Primo and Primo shareholder due to we are going to get 25% of benefit.
