Good or bad..
Good or bad..Not sure you guys already know... Primo has new auditor for FS. Joel said "There is a new auditor that has had the file for weeks now and we are just going back and forth to accommodate her requirements. on Sunday.. so it was 4 days ago."
Also Joel mentioned "Marianna is getting audited simultaneously. Because we are going public via Primo, they have to audit us as well so there is double the paperwork than doing just a normal end of year. All the paperwork for Marianna has been completed for the exchange we are just waiting to close our round in order to submit to BC securities."
I am still in positive position of Primo and Marianna, but you guys know when they said soon or completed, it takes 3 or 4 months or more.. so maybe it takes more time from now...let's wait and see... what is going to happen..
By the way, Primo closed $2.50 in US market ($7 of day high). Hopefully see $1 or $2 in Canadian market as well when it gets back.
