@Hyundream I appreciate your message here on the board. Yes I am a director at Primo as well as CEO of Marianna Naturals Corp. as you know and I take both titles/jobs seriously.

I have answered all questions to the best of my ability when I am asked here on the board or direct via email. I have posted my email adddresses here for everyone to see and contact me; because transparency is extremely important to me.
I try to respond immediately or within minutes of receiving an email or message here on the board. 

I come here to gather insight from the boards; as I believe constructive criticism is the best kind! 

I am not IR, but I do answer shareholders questions if I have the answer or feel that something needs to be corrected, this way shareholders receive the best information directly from the horse's mouth. 

If people are having a hard time getting a hold of IR by phone or via email; and I know the answer, I will put it here. If I don't have the answer I  will try to get it for them. 

I will communicate to management that several of you are having trouble getting a hold of IR. I will try to get answers on ALL of your questions without sounding to forward thinking.

I know for a fact that the team is working strenuously to uphold the confidence of shareholders and are working tirelessly to succeed on the latest initiatives, finalizing and bringing them to fruition; while sourcing and securing others.

I am a visible public figure and businessman easily found online, as are my working partners in Marianna Naturals Corp.
My word and reputation are golden to me. Neither myself nor my team (Marianna Naturals) would be associating with any company that was not operating above board.

Primo OWN's 25% of Marianna Naturals Corp. We have over 120 different products capable of being infused with CBD. Beauty Kitchen products are currently available for purchase in over 120 different retail locations (Pharmacies, spas, hair salons, etc..) in the US. We are launching a brand new line of products infused with functional mushrooms in the next few days. We purchased the domain name www.mushroombrands.com. We launched a Brand Incubator and Accelator Program, fast-tracking brands to market. We signed an LOI with BEV for a CBD Health & Wellness beverage with full distribution across Canada. We secured distribution of our products in Asia. 
Shareholders would do well to keep all this in mind 

Here's a question; if Marianna Naturals Corp. secures a purchase order for $1M of white-label products for a brand, does Primo benefit? Yes by 25%. 

I get it, people want to see results and get answers to their questions and when they don't it is frustrating, and I sympathize with that.
This is why I am taking the time to write to you as well as posting press releases relevant to shareholders.

Again, I appreciate everyone's comments, both myself and the Primo team are extremely excited about the direction of the company and what it will bring in the near future.
