The current announcement has no new information, but highlights the failures of the past.
With a market cap of CA$ 25 million, a share price of CA$ 0.235 and hardly any cash, how many new shares would have to be issued to finance a purchase of Merit and the running costs or a new JV? 200 million new shares? Who will subscribe to them, how dramatic would the dilution be for all existing share holders? Even if all this succeeds, hardly anyone will get his investment back.
