BU Financial package

Looking at Market Q info on T.BU, the main shareholder , with more than 20 millions shares, is currently down more than 100M$ from BU share price at 5.92$

If he has reasons to still believe in the story, if he has some money left to his disposal, we all could guess that he most probably have a lot of motivations to be involve in the financial package to be build to acquire Merit.

Adding to the fact that Burcon know-how and patents are necessary for current products made at Merit facilities and the two main lenders are financial institutions dedicated in helping local economy to grow, this current agonising process could have an happy ending.
