Good riddance
Burcon did't have, at many levels, the capacities to take charge of a huge factory like Merit. Not in their DNA.
Better leave that role to others and concentrate in our business.
Because
Whoever take control of the factory, this entity will have to make deals with BU.
This is where it start to be interesting.
Plus if you add an agreement with a major partner for a new licencing , SP will raise fast.
In summary, frustations today but maybe for the better.
