I tend to agree with you.  The most recent MDA opened with the statement about whether or not the company had the resources to remain a going concern.  For years management has inferred they were close to a deal on other proteins and nothing yet on that front.  It's clear they can't find a partner to take over the Merit plant.   But the real issue is that they

Since management has yet to send out notice of the September AGM date (notice sent out July 27th last year for Sept Meeting), I fear "settoretire" my be accurate in his prediction that BU will announce the end is here on August 14th.    We don't have to wait much longer to find out . . . . .
