I hear ya there doesn't seen to be that many picks for short term trading unless you are shorting. But when I look around there seems to be lots of companies with significantly undervalued assets some even trading below cash (in the bank) value effectively giving you the assets for free. I figure you got to be prepared to buy and hold for some time (or average down) if you already hold and you will eventually make money when everyone piles back into the junior market. I figure they will be looking for companies that already have some resources defined first.   Of course the company has to weather this sub zero market. Also I figure there are lots of vultures out there looking to fleece a companies assets for next to nothing so shareholders are going to have to be diligent (not sheep).
