I'm sure this gain of these shares will just wind up in the pocket of the Executives.

How about increasing the dividend at a meaningful amount?

oh right, that would mean normal shareholders who bought stock could actually get more of the profits in cash.

Mark Carney should take the reigns of this company.
Introduce better governance.

in fact, if the dual class shares were all combined into regular share BAM would probably go up 25% in one day.
