My guess Shell and others will stall an FID to see if the Feds can get this country back under their hapless control . As of now the socialists and special interest indian groups automaticly veto , stall, block and drag everything through the courts . This is the reality of gender equality and reconciliation which has come home to bite the liberals in the a$$ . What you allow you approve .
So yes the sentiment for the future is run for the hills and stay out of Canada if your a foriegn investor .
