I still think that the whole CCAA process that BXE has entered into is a sham. The ASC needs to investigate this, but they won't. 
As for my 5 cent shares in PGF, I am thinking of selling soon as I thought that S.S. would have made an offer for the company by now and the $100 million impairment charge has me now believing that there may be even more problems under the hood! A simple welding defect like the one that occurred in the pipeline in North Dakota could shutdown Lindbergh for a very long time!
The banks that withdrew their involvement in the Credit Facility may actually have had just cause in doing so!
