Looks like 2nd lien holders stabbed in the backPut   up   the  15M DIP   financing   to  keep the  company  going  and   have   the  company  sold  from  underneath   them.  They  must  have been misled by management  not   to  have  a  bid  in there . If   deal  already  vested    to   Spartan   what   is  the  purpose   of  the  may   26th   court   hearing?   Did    the  monitor   receive   a  paper   bag    of cash  ?
