If it were approved it should show up under PWC under Court Orders. I'm not seeing it there. That looks like an article from Return Energy. Could be not accurate. Also, if it were approved, I believe there still is a right to appeal. As the closing date won't be until May 28. But even if it is side railed and the 2nd lien holders win. I'm not completely sure what their plan is with the 3d lien holders. Do the 3d lien holders continue financing? Do our shares still remain, but just diluted. Do ours shares get bought or wiped out even with the 2nd lien holders buyout plan? Still probably a slim chance we get something. Regardless... I admit it makes me a bit happy the 2nd lien holders are I have a weird rashd up the assss too losing $197 Million! Makes my loss not seem as bad. Lol
