There have been periodic buying spikes of 150K in volume. Someone is accumulating, or trying to prop up the price and sell into the updraft. I don't follow money on L2 so I couldn't tell you who. Key level to watch is 1USD. The company wants to maintain the NYSE listing (although I would say at this point the regulatory cost of listing there is doing us nothing). Either way if it loses
