Can't find anything up to date on Morgan Stanley ownership of BXE , but what i did fiind is this and if they have been adding what does it say they expect going forward.? I'm willing to bet its because they are accumulating with MOC orders, this is why the stock is being purposely being held down. They obviously have enough shares to keep some overhead pressure and allow them to fill their target. Then they will let it run.
