penny  Obviously these institutions want to get in on a good thing . Acquiring assts at a discounted price is usually  good for a co's future earnings etc . Quite a jump in PP upsized from $20 M to $64M TRIPLE DEMAND should tell peoplle RTN got a great  deal on this one.
