Definitely seems like the 14 mil doesn't cover much of the liens so if things go the way they should the asset money will come in and the company will payout what they can of debt and close ...more

Banks Refinance...

If this is the deal. The bank/lenders would lose $300M + $110M in common shares they swapped debt for. Why wouldn't they just renegotiate the debt to a new term and keep the company going ...more
