Where’s the creditor list, link?
Definitely seems like the 14 mil doesn't cover much of the liens so if things go the way they should the asset money will come in and the company will payout what they can of debt and close unfortunately

Here is the creditor list: https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/bellatrix/assets/bellatrix-011_100419.pdf As another poster already pointed out, just looking at the names, it appears to just be trade creditors (probably mostly money owed in accounts payable).
