Hi all,

I have skimmed over the section about the asset sales and liabilities that this will leave the company short on the income to cover the liabilities as listed in section 7 of this report. I would think that the plant, production and associated debt are being sold? Does anyone have any ideas?

The money coming in seems to small to be a complete sale of the company or is it the only/best offer they have without access to any capital and intern financing running out?

Thanks for any knowledge you might have.
