I believe some of the panic sellers bought back in. LNG Canada (WEST) and Goldboro (EAST) final investment decisions are much more relevant to gas than Transmountain which is really only helpful to oil buildout. Even so, oil or gas infrastructure is an extremely long play before the real coin starts hitting the annual reports from increased access to infrastructure. These market movements

My guess Shell and others will stall an FID to see if the Feds can get this country back under their hapless control .
