It is in the best interest of all Bayfield investors that a possible offer from NGD is delayed or at least takes some time to materialize. This way, the BYV sp has a chance to start moving upward

Unfortunately, the reality for most Bayfield investors is that they bought at much higher prices on the expectation of an "obvious" buyout but as the SP drifted downward, not even an offer
