Some have said that BYV would have trouble getting investor interest due to the small land package. I was personally concerned that cash might be a bit of a problem, making the firm unable to drill and putting us at a stalemate. In that case, the only course would be to sit and wait until RR found more gold, or hope they took BYV out. While these are both great options and still might happen, this cash raise is great for BYV.

They now have the ability to get to work and move forward on their property. It's great to see a tiny company like this actively raising cash and drilling. Everything is falling into place nicely. The market agreed with this synopsis as well - we saw a great jump of 30% in the two days after the PP was announced.
