Drilling Update

Eastern Burns Rainy River Exploration:
Hole RR12-2 passed out of the main zone and we ended the hole at 560 metres. The next Hole RR12-3 was moved 80 metres south of holes RR11-202 and RR12-3 and was started at a 357 degree azimuth and 83 degree dip. Target is high grade mineralization down plunge/dip from hole RR11-205. Casing is in and drilling of the hanging wall has started this morning.
C Block Rainy River Exploration:
Hole C12-2 is at 660 metres this morning and drilling through a highly sheared sequence of sediments and mafic volcanic.
B Block Rainy River Exploration:
A backhoe is on site this morning preparing the access and drill site for Hole B12-1 which will be an east to west shot at the mineralization intercepted in hole RR08-2. Drilling should commence by mid week.
