Running out of cash
Running out of cash I think the timing of a buyout (by RR or a third party buying both RR and BVY) will coincide with BYV running out of cash. At that point (soon), BVY has to either do a much larger PP or cash out. Given that RR has almost 100MM in cash from its last financing, it could buy out BVY (cash and stock) and add BYV's 43-101 to its own resource estimate... adding years to its resources and life of mine estimate.
