It is simple.. Bayfield does in fact have little choice but to sell it to Rainy River Resources.

As long as the can continue drilling and bringing in good results they increase the value of the property.

Yes, it's a gamble continuing to drill and yes that increases dilution but that dilution may be negated by the increasing value.

BTW. there are much better gambles out there than BYV I agree. I just simply disagree that there won't be a positive outcome here.

The determining factor is their ability to raise money.

BTW, based on the response received from management today I would say don't right this one off yet.
