Personally I do not think such a comparison would make sense as the stuff BYV has in the ground is not that defined as the one from RR and this would not include the "strategic" value of BAyfield land position either?

The question in my eyes is how the numbers of a PEA or FS would be improved if Bayfields land could be included. And then a certain percentage of this "value added" might be a price that would be an indication of the worth of Bayfields holdings.

 

Just my thoughts. DYODD
