buyout please!

There's been lots of talk of BYV getting bought out over the time that I've held the stock.  I'm too embarassed to say what I paid for the stock :-).  But it's been a while watching this stock die a miserable death... just chalk it up to inexperience, I guess.  I was pretty new to trading when I bought this and didn't have sense enough to dump it when it went the wrong direction on me.

Growing pains!

Unfortunately, the reality for most Bayfield investors is that they bought at much higher prices on the expectation of an "obvious" buyout but as the SP drifted downward, not even an offer at a 100% premium would put them back in the black again. This way, the BYV sp has a chance to start moving upward again and remain north of 20 cents. Any premium that's offered which I believe won't be anymore than 40%, should hopefully get us back to the 40 cent mark. This means that the sp has to be at ...more

i agree, today already indicates a bullish signal with low volume. lots are buying and holding as it seems or is averaging down. we could see 30's shortly. A buy out offer from at the current sp, will likely not impress most shareholders who bought a white back.

Moral of the story is that I should follow this board more closely to see what the latest info is.  Thanks guys for pointing out some useful info on the current situation and the desirability/timing of a buyout. Good luck to all.
