As a director, he also has the ability to participate in cheap private placements, just like the last round at 6 cents with full 8 cent warrants.
For an average shareholder, there isn't much incentive to buy on the market at higher prices given that all 16 million of those cheap shares and warrants will become free trading within days.
Watch for a push in the promotion and news releases so that the participants in the last PP can dump their cheap shares.
On top of all that, the technology has yet to be proven. No trials or installations yet.
