This is how it started at MGX. I believe they are facing more than a dozen of lawsuits and the SP is sitting at 7 cents, down from over 2 dollars.

Anyone happen to know why and what Miller Thomson is suing Zinc8 for? Maybe someone should phone Ronny Mac and ask him what this is all about and let everyone else know.
