RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zinc8 lawsuit - anyone know what it is about yet?Wow!  Very informative and helpful post Toronto88.  Even your suggestion would not help or save Zinc8 from failing.  Think I will stick around for a while yet.

Just to recap - Zinc8:
Zero working product in either lab or offsite demo form
Zero projected sales
Zero projected revenue or profit
Zero value or long term ROI
= More or less a worthless investment at this point.

Anyone got any info on the lawsuit yet?  Wonder what sort of shenanigans they are being sued for?
